Synopsis

Distance is an omnibus feature that contemplates and questions the complex issues of love, family and friendship. The film stars the internationally renowned Taiwanese actor Chen Bolin in his most mature role, one where he plays 3 different roles in 3 stories set in Singapore, China and Thailand. The film was selected as Opening Film for Taiwan’s prestigious Golden Horse Film Festival 2015.

Matlock Stone built a cross-cultural campaign to reach audiences across Asia using the film’s diverse settings as the foundation. The team also created several social media contests to connect and draw upon Chen Bolin’s large online following to help in the promotion of the film.
